Again Justin Grey and Jimmy Palmiotti wow us with another installment of everyone favorite disfigured lawman, Jonah Hex. On his way out of Gotham, Hex is pulled back in by the promise of a hefty paycheck and a mystery involving missing children. Joining him is Doctor Arkham and the two are soon up to their noses in trouble. No spoilers but the best part of the book is the dialog between characters. Whether it be Jonah smarting off to a nun or Arkham's apologies for Hex's bad manners, the two make a charming pair. And the in-joke uttered by the villian on the last page is pretty good as well. Add in the fore knowledge that the caverns that the two are exploring are part of the future Batcave make for an enjoyable and well-rounded story. And with the introduction of a new back up feature, the Barbary Ghost, issue 4 deserves an
8 out of 10 Grahams
