This issue, with art by Jock, is a done-in-one tale that not only features Bruce Wayne as Batman, but also has him exercising the skills of a detective. If you've ever wondered why a 1%er like Mr. Wayne doesn't just buy Gotham out of its horrible circumstances, this single issue will make it pretty clear. All in all, a spectacular single issue.
