It's Betty vs. Veronica! The most highly-anticipated debut in comics history is here! Betty and Veronica are America's sweethearts - until they turn on each other! Pops' Chocklit Shoppe is being taken over by a huge coffee company. When Betty and Veronica go head-to-head over the issue, all bets are off! Friendships will shatter. Cities will burn. Nails will be broken. Betty and Veronica are back in this all-new #1 from comics legend Adam Hughes (Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Before Watchmen: Dr. Manhattan)!

BONUS REVIEW by Shawn

The Archie line expands again with this new title by Adam Hughes. The art is as nifty as one would expect (although oddly washed-out looking), but it's the writing that comes as a nice surprise. If you're a fan of the Mark Waid title, you should check this out as well. While it's true that Hughes may be trying just a bit too hard to be clever, it's always nice to see Hot Dog as a whimsical narrator instead of the epicenter of a zombie apocalypse.

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
