While the cover isn't the least bit accurate, it is a bad day for WWII's greatest frozen hero. Galactus' hunger continues, and it seems to include Captain America's head. A plan has been hatched to stop the mysterious figure wreaking havoc with the earth, and it appears to have been conceived by fans of Joss Whedon's finale to Astonishing X-Men and Disney's 'Honey I Blew Up the Baby'. While there's a panel that makes for fine teasing of what that would look like, if the next issue really is King Kitty Vs. Galaczilla, I don't know who's going to miss the Ultimate Universe as it exists now. This issue is better than what has come before, but not nearly as engaging as the personal canvas being covered in the companion 'Spidey' title. Whatever happens next month, I'm glad that one of the architects of the Ultimate universe will be the one to rearrange it instead of Jeph Loeb murder by numbers in 'Ultimatum'.

I give it 6 out of 10 Grahams
