BONUS REVIEW by Rick Berg

This book singlehandedly broke my brain free of what a comic book could be. At the time I was a DC/ Marvel Zombie to the core. Spider-Man, Batman, Hulk and Iron Man where the end all be all, until I saw the ad for Cosmic Odyssey. The artwork was so different and unique that I could hardly believe Batman was allowed to be non-Jim Aparo-like. Every single character was recognizable to me but looked absolutely so much cooler. It was like Simonson’s Thor, visually so much more appealing to me in every way possible. In those gorgeous pages I was first introduced to Jack Kirby’s The Demon, his New Gods, and Doctor Fate! Till this day it has the best Green Lantern story/ gag ever. Period.

I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
