Miller and Azarello are better together than apart, Kubert is producing art that is just the right amount of homage meets Andy, and the mini comic is outstanding. Sebbin Lebbin sells this book for $5.99...and it's worth every penny. I think that those of you who are waiting for the eventual trade collection are doing yourselves a disservice. This series seems specifically constructed to be read in the single issue format. Not only have the first two issues ended with really effective cliffhangers, the interior mini comics have done essentially the same thing. Far from being a pointless "stunt", I think that the minis are presented in the fashion that they are for a viable reason, one that might be lost to the readers of the forthcoming collection. ...but most importantly, it's better than DK2. Sure, that would have been a good ending to the story that started in begun in 1986... ...but not good enough.

I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
