NEW STORY ARC! 'THIS IS NOT THE END,' Part One-Without Saya to protect them, the new students become targets of the Student Council's plot. Help must be acquired from an unlikely source. RICK REMENDER & WES CRAIG's brutally honest and violently funny slice of '80s underground America returns with 'THIS IS NOT THE END,' the biggest arc of the series that promises to shock long-time readers.
Date Available: 03/15/2017
BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

Deadly Class #26 explores Saya's past. It also delves into some of the gender and crime issues that the Catholic Church faces. Who'd have thought that the Yakuza and Papacy are basically the same thing? There's so much dismissal of women in Japanese culture (as presented here) that after all is said and done, it may be more likely that a woman would rather get revenge against another woman than the person in their family responsible for her suffering, just because the guilty party stands to pee. Wesley Craig's art is a great specific fit for drawing Tokyo. There's Blade Runner neon and Takeshi Kitano honor seeping through every panel.

That's all cool, but Marcus is alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Did Saya leave him alive? Is that part of her current suffering? Are most betrayals this great?

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
