'RISE OF THE BATMEN' chapter two Batman and team find themselves in the crosshairs as the villain they've begun hunting turns the tables on them. Batman and Batwoman have the skills to survive, but do their young teammates? Is this where hero training ends in tragedy? THEY SAID IT: 'The ideas are boiling inside my brain,' boasts artist Eddy Barrows. 'James and I intend to elevate Batman to a whole new level, with amazing and exciting stories, and artwork. To sum it up in one sentence-it's going to be epic!'
Date Available: 07/20/2016
BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

The 'B' bat-book manages some B level writing, a belfry, and A minus level art. It is lacking in Cassandra Cain where there could be more, focusing on people saying nothing of great import compared to her echoing silence. The Kanes and the Waynes have different philosophies, and everyone thinks they don't just know best, but know better at all turn. That sure seems to bite Bruce in his bat butt by the end of this issue.

I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
