Part two of the five-part opening story! As our hero learns to use the H DIAL, he begins to suspect there is something sinister at work.

BONUS REVIEW by John 'Doc' Schaefer

DC New 52 Phaze II continues strong with another mystery filled issue of Dial H. And although the mystery of the dial is still fascinating and the story is wonderfully compelling but the best part of this book is the new heroes that keeping popping up. The unfortunate part is that is also the worst part of the book. I really wanted to see Pelican Army and Double Bluff in action. But sadly, it was not to be. That has always been the problem with the Dial H titles is the heroes that never made it past the cameo level. Still good story, interesting characters, and Brian Bolland's Vertigo inspired cover. Not bad.
