 Potential. This book contains potential. Charlton's good Captain hasn't really gotten a fair deal since his series that followed the Crisis. With bad things happening to his biological structure, the man in the silver suit can only ask, "Did I kill anyone today?" Plus, could the changes done to the DC Universe over the past few years be to blame. Is Captain Atom a way to recapture an earlier version of the DCU? Only time will tell.
