GUNS! SEX! SECRET CULTS! AND MONSTERS! Nothing the BEST-SELLING and AWARD-WINNING creators of SLEEPER, CRIMINAL and INCOGNITO have done so far will prepare you for the explosive debut of FATALE! A reporter in 2012 stumbles on a secret that leads him down the darkest path imaginable… to a seductive woman who's been on the run since 1935, a mobster who may be an immortal demon monster, and the stories of all the doomed men who've been caught in their decades-long struggle. FATALE blends noir and horror to tell a riveting epic unlike anything you've seen before. Issue #1 ships with 'Beauty' and 'Beast' variant covers.
Date Available: 01/04/2012
BONUS REVIEW by JOHN ROBINSON

It's by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips. If you've ever read SLEEPER, INCOGNITO or CRIMINAL then you know exactly what you're getting here. When these two guys work together it feels the same. Even if it's a story taking place in 1935 vs 2012 or Super-Heroes as opposed to good old fashion pulp fiction. Fatale mixes up all the genres a bit with 1930's crime noir, Demons, a report in 2012 and a love interest. It all works, and it's all just as spectacular as the 3 other books I mentioned. An added hats off to Senor Brubaker for including extra material in the REAL comic version (as opposed to digital or trade). More publishers should follow his trend -give people a reason to buy the genuine article and on a monthly basis!
