 I have finally managed to figure out my fascination with Steve Mannion's little black and white imp of a girl. Dawn is this ages version of Bettie Boop. The two are definitely cut from the same cloth. Both women are cute, dare I say it, even border-line sexy but they still retain their cartoony quality. The character retains her innocence even though her boobs are bout to pop out of that skimpy top. Not an easy feat. Mannion is a genius and should be given props. I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams very fine/near mint
