VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
By Ed Brubaker (Captain America) and Sean Phillips(Marvel Zombies)

The team that's won every MAJOR AWARD in comics continues the most twisted super-villain story ever told! Meet the Black Death. Five years ago someone ratted-out this super-powered crime lord and he's been doing hard time ever since. So, what will he do when he finds out an old henchman who's supposed to be DEAD has been living in Witness Protection all this time? Hint - He's going to kill a lot of people.
Date Available: 02/11/2009
BONUS REVIEW by STEPHEN BANAS

In the first issue of this new series by acclaimed scribe Ed Brubaker and his artistic partner in pulp crime Sean Phillips we learned about Zack Overkill and his dirty little secret life of super-powered vigilantism. This issue focuses on introducing us to the supporting characters, such as the apparent evil head honcho named The Black Death. The story had great flow and maintained a solid pace throughout with great plot progress. Once again Brubaker and Phillips exhibit fantastic chemistry with each other and flesh out a great bargain of a comic book that more people should be aware of.
I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
