BONUS REVIEW by HARVEY WALLRAVEN

When I was asked to review this book I have to say I didn’t know too much about the 99 and sad to say I still don’t. I did find out they get super powers from something called the Noor Stones and that there are 99 of them. They story is a typical DC super team up. An old foe of the 99 is trying to take them down , which inevitably leads to the JLA lending a hand. The art is average and it’s nice to see the REAL Justice league back in action (not that team with the gorilla and all the ex titans). The fact that the 99 and JLA are alike because they both have a diverse group of members was also a neat point, but didn’t hold my interest enough throughout the issue. I would recommend 99 other titles before you got around to reading this one.
I give it 4 out of 10 Grahams
