You'd have to be terrified if you were 13 and watched your 'adult' get killed by those under her command. Where would you go? How would YOU survive if she couldn't? Now go bigger, because almost ALL of the Jedi are gone. You'd have to adapt quickly. You'd have to compromise your principals for your own protection. In some ways, you'd become what you've been fighting against your entire life. That's this book, that's what makes it work, and that's what makes it almost as good as Marvel's 'Darth Vader'.

This book is terrific on its own, and probably even more satisfying if you're a fan of Clone Wars (moreso than Rebels). It reads like a printed version of the best episodes. That shouldn't be a surprise as Greg Weisman is a writer for Lucasfilm animation. He does a good job swinging over to the comics format with pages and sequences staged for maximum tension, action, and fear. He's aided w/ great success by Pepe Larraz who's clean style reminds me of good parts of Stuart Immonen and Sara Pichelli fused together in a very friendly way. The whole thing is sharp- why are we still talking about this?!? Go get it before people realize what they're missing!

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
