Multiple Warheads Alphabet To Infinity #1 (2012) $5.00 Quantity
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
(W/A/CA) Brandon Graham Sexica and her Werewolf boyfriend Nikoli travel across a sci-fi, fantasy Russia smoking singing cigarettes. Meanwhile the organ hunter, Nura is sent out with a severed head and instructions to find its body. Date Available: 10/24/2012
BONUS REVIEW by Gavin Rehfeldt
Brandon Graham has been blowing my mind and dazzling my eyeballs with his re-imagining of the post-post-apocalyptic comic Prophet for Image Comics (issue #30 is out this week). It is fun to see him flourish in another, more whimsical, outing. In a post-apocalpytic Moebius-inspired future Russia, we meet lovers Nikoli and Sex, a werewolf and a saucy exotic-organ smuggler. Their stories and food are delightfully strange and sensual. If you want a delightful read with imagination and endless creativity that has some sex appeal and is definitely not for children despite the pretty pretty coloring, this is your book. And about that coloring, I have to say I loved the black and white interiors from the original Oni Press one-shot, but I do not miss it this go 'round. I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
