Saga is amazing, granted, but lately it has seemed to be taking on a bit more than its 22 pages can comfortably contain. We've settled into a new status quo where the family is divided and some time has passed since the split. Alliances have never been more uncertain amongst our large ensemble, but the thrill of the Saga of old is not quite there. The dialogue is still sharper than a telescoping lance, but Saga's settled into a groove resembling spinning its wheels. A strong book, to be sure, but it has been and could be stronger. I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
