A SECRET EMPIRE TIE-IN! Captain America has been revealed to be an agent of Hydra - and he's coming after Inhumans! S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Daisy Johnson, a.k.a. QUAKE, wants no part of Hydra, so she goes underground, teaming up with MS. MARVEL, MOON GIRL & DEVIL DINOSAUR, KARNAK and INFERNO to set things right - for the Inhumans, but also for the entire country! Penned by rising star Matthew Rosenberg (Kingpin, Rocket Raccoon, 4 Kids Walk Into A Bank) and drawn by the immensely talented Javier Garrón (Death of X, Inhumans vs X-Men), SECRET WARRIORS is one part coming-of-age story, one part spy-thriller, all action and all heart. Don't miss the next (and final?) generation of Inhumans as they take the Marvel Universe by storm! Rated T+

BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

I've enjoyed Matthew Rosenberg's work for a while now (especially Kingpin), but feel this book is firing on more cylinders than previous ones. There's a pleasant, workable, non linear structure that's very friendly as non traditional storytelling, with an appropriate use of color to separate the two. There's also the jim-dandy artwork by Javier Garron, with clean lines and a bit of a manga feel. Something about it makes me want to say 'James Stokoe with a .0002 Rapidiograph', but there's more going on than just aping a detail man. Clean, clear, with backgrounds and consistency... it's nice.

The opening set up seems to contradict what Hydra is selling (the Allies lost WWII and brainwashed Cap w/ the Cosmic Cube), and I'm wondering if that's a throwaway or leading to resolving some alternative facts the multi-headed ones have been spewing.

Side note- Matt Rosenberg did a bunch of nice stuff for us to help us sell books. This book will sell itself if you read it. Thanks Matt!

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
