When N.O.W.H.E.R.E. assigned Superboy to put down an alien prison riot, they couldn't have suspected his powers would bring the entire prison down on top of him. Inside the wreckage, he'll find a mysterious - and gorgeous - alien who could help him escape... but does she want to? Meanwhile, Superboy's handler, Rose Wilson, is about to discover that she is connected to the origin of her "assignment" in a way she never imagined!
BONUS REVIEW by ANDY COLE

If you haven't been reading the new "Boy of Steel" book in the new 52, you may be missinbg one of the more subtle reads out there. Lobdell has done a nice job through the first 2 issues crafting a new foundation for the new Superboy, issue #3 is where the story starts to pay off. It will be hard to follow if ou've missed the previous issues, just so a new reader should know what they are getting into. The art is a new look to the Superman family of books we have seen in the past, and while not exactly a perfect fit, does not distract at all from the story inside the book. This is proving to be a good intro arc to a character that many may not have been following over the past years. It's not a groundbreaking/must read story yet. Rather it is solid and finds a way to make you want to read what happens next. I'm hoping it continues to grow better and better from here.
