The Armored Avenger squares off against The God of Thunder! Tony Stark, the new Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., comes to Oklahoma to verify the rumors that his old friend and teammate is alive and in town…but Thor isn’t rolling out the welcome mat for Iron Man! The God of Thunder would have words with the man who cloned him…and you know what that means!

"Olivier Coipel draws a Thor vs Iron Man fight? I say thee YAY! A tense build-up gives way to an awesome (if brief) brawl that looks top-notch. Another Asgardian makes the scene and also looks top-notch. The only real flaw is the opening sequence that sees Thor get chewed out for not helping out the victims of Hurricane Katrina, despite the notable handicap of being dead at the time. It’s so clunky, the only thing it was missing was someone saying “I been readin’ about you… how you work for the WHITE skins… and how you had another Thor who was an ORANGE skin… and one time you were even a frog with GREEN skin! Only there’s skins you never bothered with--! ..the NEW ORLEANS skins! I want to know… how come?! Answer me that, Mr. THOR!” Denny O’Neil must be spinning around in his grave…"
