(W) Robert Kirkman
New Kirkman ultra hard core book!
BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

As Freddy Krueger once said, "It's a Boy!". The world was surprised when Robert Kirkman announced the birth of his new bouncing baby boy, Die Die Die on Tuesday of this week. I've seen comparisons to Mark Millar's work being thrown around about this book, but I really think this is Kirkman's Garth Ennis book. Except, if you've read 'Destroyer' (and by all means, read Destroyer), Kirkman has done this sort of thing before, so I really think once you scrape the skin, and chum, and meat, and goop, and nose off of this, it's Kirkman's Kirkman book.

It's basically now. People do bad things. They need to be punished in a way that really sizzles the sauce. The order is given...DIE DIE DIE. That order is given from government offices, in conjunction with a series of lesser events to move a particular issue or person in the direction they need that's best for the world. Pretty straight forward, until you see all the work that has to go into those choices. It could drive a senator to drugs, I tell you.

Beautifully gory, movement filled art by the great Chris Burnham. Not for children, the faint of heart, or people who would have risen against the government if Hillary won.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
