What goes down when the capes come off? Meet the Real Housewives of Earth's greatest super-team, the Meta Legion! It's the egos, the tantrums, and the betrayals of the super set. Find out what happens behind the masks as superhero families are faced with the sordid problems of everyday life - and then some! From rising star writer Grace Randolph (Marvel's Nation X, Her-oes) and hot new artist Russell Dauterman, this series takes the familiar super-team and turns it on its head with a scandalous, TMZ-fueled look at what it's like to live with a superhero!

BONUS REVIEW by John Schaefer

Thank goodness for 2nd printings! After missing out on this initial, I was glad to find it showing up again. Writer/Creator Grace Randolph whips up a wonderfully evil tale of the secret lives of super-Hero wives and husband. Now there will be obvious similarities brought up between this 4 issue mini-series and such television shows like Desperate Housewives and Army Wives. And with good reason, the humor and story points do walk hand in hand. And these shows do have a certain amount of character to them. Now add in the super-hero factor to the mix and you jazzed it up enough for me to take a second look. And the really nice part is that none of the characters are really likeable. Each one has some annoying trait that just makes it hard to enjoy any of their company. From the omnipotent Sovereign down to house husband Jeremy Metzger, I really just wanted to smack them all. And Good Lord, don't get me started on the Night Fox! Holy Seduction of the Innocent, you know who! What I really like about this book is not that the characters are all very realistically portrayed or that super-hero wives are can be just as bitchy at times as real wives. What I really like is the idea of this book getting published. Boom! Entertainment giving Grace Randolph's idea a chance really brings hope to the thousands of hopefuls with brilliant ideas that they might get to share their ideas with the masses. And the best part of second printings... Looking forward to issue #2, and oh here it is...
