 This is it boys and girls, the X-Book you’ve been waiting for. Whether you are a fan of the newer stuff, the old Claremont stuff, the Whedon, Morrison middle stuff, doesn’t matter – this is a must read. Rogue is back in all powerful glory, flying and smashing again, rekindling an old flame in need of some gas. Leading the team is the ever authoritive Storm, blazing forth with her 80’s mohawk. Last but not least, Jubilee is back in non-annoying fashion! Taking her back to her routes as an orphan from Cali, she’s just as you remember her: the hipster rockin a too-cool-for-school attitude. Old school fans can agree, this is a blast from the past. Even the pacing and layout gives nods to 80s & 90s X-Men while paving a brand new story with a lesser known villain in desperate need of modernization and usage. Easily stated, this is the best X-Men book I have read in YEARS!!! I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
