REVIEW by Brian Fisher
I don't think I'm alone in hoping this book follows through on its title, but what are the odds this is the "Final" anything? Anyway, here in the first issue we're given a lot of information to process and not a lot of context to process it with. But, hey what am I saying? This book was written by Grant Morrison so we should be expecting a lot of cryptic references without a lot of answers until, say the last couple of pages of the last issue. That's just how Morrison rolls. It's not that it's bad, far from it as a matter of fact. Everything the reader is given is exciting and intriguing and leaves you wanting more. It's just the fact that after sooooooo many event titles coming one after another I'm a little burned out.
