After an incredible wait that made it seem that issue one was going to be a one-shot, Harley's back and her guest star id Green Lantern! And with him comes a wonderful storyline filled with concepts that could easily be exploited in the future. Power Rings that can merge together! Lost Power Rings that when they appear can be bought on ebay! Harley is her red/black power ring uniform (Meeeeow!)Hal Jordan getting his tushy pinched! Humor as only Harley can deliver it! If this book could get itself on schedule, I would totally be on board with Harley's Little Black Book filling the void left by the old DC Comics Presents series. Here looking forward to issue #50 with Harley Quinn meeting Dr. Harleen Francis Quinzel!
