Finally, finally, finally a comic book based off of the fantastic Pixar animated movie is out! From Boom!, who is getting into the kids comics biz (more Pixar comics to come!), this first issue starts at the end of the movie. For those, like me, who love the movie, you will be happy to see fan favorites Jack-Jack (without the baby sitter…maybe next issue?) and Frozone, not to mention getting up front to Mr. Incredible’s personal issues. And there are new characters, too, like a brand new villain who evolves creatures, and a new neighbor who wants to get to know the family better (yeah, right). Best of all, the comic has a top-notch writer in Mark Waid. A MUST buy for the avid Incredible fan.
