A flat out visual masterpiece from Kelley Jones makes Lobo tolerable for the first time since Justice League United. An inspired script and origin story by Bill Morrison for the coyote are just gravy at that point. Featuring one of the best mad-scientist laboratories since Bernie Wrightson's Frankenstein. This book honors the ridiculous nature of the cartoons while presenting it with period panache, tying everything back to Roswell.


Stick around for the all ages story at the end to find out that 'bastich' is an all ages word.
