44 pages of full color story & art for only $2.99. No advertisments! No house ads! No letters page in the middle of the story, thus disrupting the flow. It's a crazy bargain and unless it sells big big numbers, I'm guessing it's a loss leader for Image.
All that aside it's a strong start for a new series written by Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, and so long as it always keeps one foot in reality I'll be there for the ride. Once you start crossing into the Dr. Strange realm, I'm done with demons and possessions. I need some reality in a non-superhero universe to keep it interesting. Lots of potential here and you really can't lose for your entertainment dollar!
