Based on the pedigree of talent on this book, it should be much much better. This is so much a SyFy/ Netflix paint by numbers horror story that I can't believe James "Star Man" Robinson has not presold the rights to the script already. And while Scott Kolins is an acquired taste, he usually is a very competent and clear artist. My biggest gripe with him is that with bad coloring, his linework looks too much like a coloring book, and whatever look he is going for here, looks rushed and unprofessional. Easy pass for issue #2.
