Spider-Man #9 (2016)

This issue feels like giant placeholder, because it IS a giant placeholder. That's infuriating, and we really don't need any other infuriating things going on right now. Does it have some good dialogue? It does.


O.K., that's what it has. What doesn't it have? Venom, which is weird because he's on the cover. Spider-Man, for the same reason. It also doesn't have anything happen. We know Miles doesn't kill Cap, because Champions. We know he's at the captiol because of CW II proper, and the increasingly good Steve Rogers Captain America. There's a big stack of Bendis books this week. It's sad to see this at the bottom of it.
