In the new issue of Aquaman, we find our hero in the midst of a life and death battle against an unknown foe picking up right where issue #2 left off. as we see the end of this battle, 2 things become clear. Aquaman is still the Rodney Dangerfield of the DCU. And secondly, he has no clue from where under the seas this foe has come from. We meet a person from his long lost past, get a small glimpse into his new origin story, and few well placed clues for future plot lines as well. This ish looks to be an important one for the future of the biggest and best suprise in the "new 52" line up. This is a great book, and may be the start of a definitive run for Aquaman. You should check this out.
