BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

This is a heartwarming set of stories (for the most part), and if you take the Nightwing story out, its just about perfect. There are true tales of Christmas featuring Batman, Superman, Batman AND Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman AND John Constantine, and most importantly Detective Chimp! There's also a framing device by Paul Dini and Elsa Charretier that is the only way I want to read Harley Quinn...small, funny doses. This shows why Dini's story in Batman Annual #1 should have been drawn by someone more cartoony than Neal Adams. It also, sadly, reminds us that Darwyn Cooke was probably who he wanted to draw this one. 2016 has been a rough year for comic greats going away. Give yourself the gift of Rebirth optimism this Christmas.

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
