Basics of Placing an Order

  1. Click on the Add to Cart button, will add a copy of whatever book you've selected.
  2. If you'd like more than one copy, change the quantity box in the shopping cart, and hit 'recalculate'.
  3. Clicking on a comic cover on the main page will bring you to the extended description of the book, and from there you can click on the add to cart button.
  4. You can either type in part of a titles name in the search box (i.e. astonishing, would give you results for all the astonishing x-men series + astonishing tales). Or you can choose to Browse the on-line catalog by clicking on TITLE to the left of every page
  5. Once you've filled the cart with all the books you'd like, hit the checkout button.
  6. Upon checkout you will be asked to 'log in' to the site. If you already have an account with us, just enter your e-mail address and password. If not, you can create a new account right there and then.
  7. We do ship INTERNATIONAL, as well as local. At the time of this writing, International s&h is $32.55 (for up to 12 books), while the US starts at $6 and increases depending on the number/weight of items.

Forms of Payment

  1. We accept payment in the form of all major credit cards. VISA, M/C, AMEX & DISCOVER.
  2. We also accept payment in the form of PAYPAL
  3. You can also use GOOGLE PAY, VENMO or even PAY LATER payment plans for items over $30.
  4. We've also added APPLE PAY to the site, only accessible for Apple devices. 
  5. Once you've filled the cart with all the books you'd like, hit the checkout button.

Return Policy

Uhappy with the product you just received? Shoot us an e-mail or contact us immediately. We'll do what it takes to make you happy. If we shipped the wrong item you will be refunded or replacement product sent if that's what you prefer. If you're unhappy with the items condition you can return it for a full refund. We only ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our goal is to make you happy. Try contacting us, we're very quick to respond and openly post our e-mail to resolve issues quickly!

Special Requests

  1. If you can't find the book you are looking for try one of the following:
    1. shorten the title, instead of typing FAFHARD & THE GREY MOUSER,just type FAFHRD. It's possible we have it listed under FAFHARD AND THE GREY MOUSER and that's what you are not seeing it. Using the wildcard symbol % will also help narrow your search and help you find the title that you only remember part of. If, for instance the book you want has the word DOOM somewhere in the title, typing %DOOM will list any title with the word DOOM.
    2. Send us an e-mail request, and if the book is on the site we'll e-mail you back with a direct link. If it's not on the site, we'll check all of our stores and add it for you.
    3. If a title is NOT on our subscription list, you can e-mail us a request to add it, we can usually take care of that in a 24 hour period.
  2. We're always happy to take special requests, be it something off your WANT LIST that you haven't been able to find - to a BRAND NEW comic that your local store just doesn't seem to carry. Feel free to ask.
  3. We have a built in WANT LIST feature - if you see a comic that is out of stock on our site, choose ADD TO WANT LIST and your name/e-mail account will get a notification the second we have it back in stock on our site! You are NOT commited to buying the item - you will only be notified via e-mail (with a link) in case you wish to order it once we obtain a copy.
  4. Once you've filled the cart with all the books you'd like, hit the checkout button.

  6. If you are interested in receiving ON-LINE COUPONS, sign up for our FREE WEEKLY E-MAIL NEWSLETTER as we tend to issue the coupons through there about 6 to 9 times a year.

Comic Cover Scans

  1. Are the covers on the website the actual book I will be getting?
    No, they are just place holder images, it's simply not possible to scan each and every unique book. Unless the title of the listing says otherwise books may be direct or newsstand editions.
  2. Can I request an actual scan of the book I'll be buying before ordering?
    Yes, when it's a more expensive comic we totally understand wanting to examine it in more detail. Just e-mail us at notification@grahamcrackers.com with links to any books you'd like a detailed scan of.
  3. I ordered a book on your website that had a cool cover, but when I got it, there was a logo, barcode and all this other trade dress stuff that wasn't on the image on the site! Why is that?
    When the publishers initially release the images for the books, they are without trade dress on them. It gives a person an idea of what the cover is going to look like, but may not be the actual cover, sometimes colors are changed and almost always trade dress is added. It's why we let people know that the images on the site are just place holders. It's the description of the book that matters more 'virgin cover' you can expect a virgin cover, 'variant cover' you can expect the variant image, etc.
