Lemire and Perez were handed the hardest writing jobs at Marvel: following Matt Fraction and David Aja. But the team rises to the challenge and delivers another solid Hawkeye book. The story isn't a reinvention or reboot, but is a continuation of the recent Hawkeye series. Not only did we get Clint Barton and Kate Bishop in the middle of a bickery mission, we got a unique look at Clint and Barney Barton's youth and what drove them to joining the circus. The book pleases in both the art and story aspects and will start a great new chapter in a familiar Hawkeye tone.
