Marvel works very hard this issue to prove they believe their expressed position that artists don't move books. This is a consequential issue from a story front, and an ugly unimportant one on the art front. They're billing this as the final showdown between Cap and the Red Skull. To have such big business presented with seemingly unfinished art is a shame. Worse than that, since Secret Empire is anything but visually disappointing.
