I always love a chance to revisit the past and thanks to Marvel, I get that chance this week. Setting the way back machine for 1975, I get a chance to catch up with Doctor Strange and the most oddball super-hero group. Gathered in the weirdest of circumstances, the Defenders featured the most unusual collection of heroes but always seemed like the way they came together was natural. Which was one of the beautiful things about this series. As well as becoming the last resort for unfinished storylines. And the gathering place for heroes galore as we see when Daredevil and Nighthawk show up. Oh, and did we mention Korvac?!
