What if? Tony Stark was Microchip? Frank may not have the armor, but he's still got a mad on for Hydra, so he's um, punishing them. To be fair, they were tesseracting badly. Rosenberg's Castle is a man for whom his enemies "super powers" only mean that his job takes a little longer, and business is booming. and banging. and shuuming. Highly recommended for fans of Circle of Blood, Trevor Slattery, and spent shell casings.
