What if Robin was in Mortal Kombat? Well not the actually Mortal Kombat, but another island tournament full of ruthless fighters and killers. After the death of Alfred, Damian leaves Gotham to do a bit of soul searching and learns about a group called the League of Lazarus and a secret tournament they host. With killer art by Gleb Melnikov, a return character, and a first appearance, Robin #1 is a solid first issue for the Boy Wonder.
