But something is horribly wrong with liz—something that will soon affect the life of every student at midtown high—including peter’s ex-girlfriend, kitty pryde!
"I’m almost tired of saying this (which means you all are way past sick of hearing it), but this is the best Bendis book AND the best Spider-Man book Marvel publishes, no question. Even though there’s not that much Peter Parker in this issue, and no actual Spider-Man, Bendis and Immonen are so talented that they make you care about EVERY SINGLE supporting cast character in this book, of which there are many. It’s a really delightful reading experience, marred slightly by a few out-of-nowhere plot developments (it’s awesome when two characters who are needed by the plot but have no reason to show up DO show up to save time) and, well, no actual Spider-Man. But that’s really a small complaint, considering how truly excellent this book is."
