VERY FINE/NEAR MINT

Written by JEPH LOEB Pencils and Cover by SIMONE BIANCHI

It’s time for the final round in Wolverine’s decades-long grudge match with Sabretooth, courtesy of superstars Jeph Loeb (Batman: Hush) and Young Guns reloaded artist Simone Bianchi -- and this time only one of them is walking away. Get ready for one of the most eye-popping endings in recent Marvel history, True Believer!

BONUS REVIEW by W. DAL BUSH

At least that's over. Six issues of the most convoluted, nonsense, "here's a scene, now here's the scene that happened before that, now here's the scene that happened at the dawn of time, now here's the scene that happened between the first two" style of storytelling that got old halfway through this sentence. All of this tiresome, tiresome story to get a death that practically has a ticking clock attached to it, notifying you of the charcter's eventual return. Jeez. The only positive thing about this run by Jeph Loeb is the so-inexplicable-it's-hilarious back-up from #50 where the Wolverine has a dream about Ultimate the Wolverine from Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk #1. That was nuts. This is just... unnecessary. 3 Grahams
