VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
Written by Jeff Parker, penciled by Roger Cruz, cover by Marko Djurdjevic.
For millions of years, mankind's place on Earth was unchallenged... until five young people paved the way for a new kind of human. While students at the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters, Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Angel, Beast and Iceman taught the world what it meant to be X-Men. These are the hidden stories of the team that laid the foundation of a mutant dynasty!

X-Men: First Class #1 When the Ultimate line was announced, most people weren't expecting anything good, since Marvel had a track record for releasing really awful "Early Years" style books. And despite the rousing success of the Ultimate line, Marvel still managed to squeeze out a really mediocre "Early Years of the X-Men" mini-series, X-Men: First Class. Nice art, boring story you've read a few thousand times. Skip this 8 issue run and pick up Ultimate X-Men Volume 1 instead. 4 Grahams
