The lastest issue of Cap has our star spangled avenger stuck in a very sci-fi/ high concept story arc. Bruebaker has written alot of fantastic stories involving Cap since taking over about 6 years ago. While this isn't his "Best" work. it's not one to skip if you are a fan. Some of the mystery involving figures from Steve's past are revealed, many of his allies get some quality face time, and we see our hero face off on a battleground that he has not seen before. McNivins art is ok, but he's produced better in the past too. Still, this is an ok issue from my point of view. There is no doubt you could do worse for your money.
