In lieu of having to explain YET AGAIN why the Great Lakes books should be a no-brainer of a purchase, on account of their being chock-a-block with funny, here's a few choice lines from the best of the bestest, the Penance/Squirrel Girl story: "You're Speedball! You bounce! With balls! You even had a bouncing CAT, for Pete's sake! Remember, Niels?" "Stop! There IS no Niels, the Bouncing Cat! He's gone! Now there is only... P-CAT, the Penitent Puss!"
