One word ... TitanoFREAKINsaurus! IDW spotlights Toho's fan favorite one shot wonder Titanosaurus! For those of you not in the know, Titanosaurus made his debut (and only appearance!) in Terror of Mechagodzilla. The amphibious creature endeared itself as the underdog evil monster by unfolding its tail into a giant fin and creating a giant wind to blow cars and wreckage throughout Japan. Titanosaurus didn't even get a cameo in Destoy All Monsters or Godzilla: Fianl Wars! Shame on you, Toho! Luckily, the good people at IDW haven't forgotten our aquatic friend. Luckily, Titanosaurus survived falling off a cliff into the ocean after being blasted by Black Canary sonic waves after being shot in the neck with a tv antenna all those years ago. And he brings with him, the beginning of a future storyline that I cannot wait for! And as my son pointed out in the back of the book. "Look Dad! Next issue is the Smog Monster!" Thank you IDW for getting Godzilla right.
