All New All Different Avengers #7

This isn't a book I've been reading, but 'Standoff' says I must. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Mark Waid has a good feel for team dynamics in his writing. He does a nice job melding that with the necessities of a working his book into an event that's not entirely his baby. The art by Adam Kubert (especially the opening) is pleasant to better than pleasant. There's also a great 3 page sequence between Vision and Ms. Marvel that resonates on an emotional level that's on the rarer side for superhero comics. The main story works well, there's humdinger of a cliffhanger, and nothing but excitement for what's coming next.
