I don't need to tell you how hard it is to get a 9.8 on an all BLACK cover, these things take stresses and dings so easily showing all the damaged.
Add it to the fact that it survived to of Marvels greatest creators signing it and still kept it in NEAR MIN/MINT condition! Neither creator is with us any longer, sadly and both signatures were CGC witnessed. Now add the fact of the importance of the issue, World Trade Center, and you've got one rare gem!
