BONUS REVIEW by Shawn

What If? Frank Miller wanted to draw Riddler? What If? The Halloween store was out of Harley costumes and you had to put one together on the fly? What If? The current Batman mega-villain was a saucy pirate who's proud of himself because he finally found out what it only took Vicky Vale a nice dinner and some special "cave time" to learn? Fret not! All of these questions and more will be answered in this thrilling issue. Highly recommended for those who liked the episodes brought to you by the letter "D" the best, anybody who doesn't know what Tulipmania was, and fans who didn't care about the Tom King story in last Weeks Catwoman special.

I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
