Date Available: 04/01/2009 BONUS REVIEW by Stephen Banas  As far as the Battle for the Cowl stuff goes, this issue was kind of weak. The art wasn’t half bad and the issue made sense for the character, but I don’t know why it exists. It really added nothing to the series in terms of plot or importance as far as I can tell. Maybe I’m missing the point or something, but this was mostly a sporadic mish-mash featuring the Outsiders, Doctor Phosphorus and the Man-Bat.
