"The bulletproof Marvel Sean McKeever continues to lose ground to overwhelmingly-average DC Sean McKeever, judging by his first Birds Of Prey issue. While nearly anything’s better than Tony Bedard’s fill-ins, McKeever is, disappointingly, only a minor improvement. A hard-to-follow story that features only a small amount of characterization climaxes distressingly with Superman giving a room of superheroines a speech about how they should’ve called him if they got into trouble. Even though he was in space. Geez, really? I hope Gail Simone doesn’t read this issue…"
