Oh, baby! FINALLY. The Cap tie-in issues for Civil War! How could this, written by the stellar Ed Brubaker, not completely rock? Well, if he a) spotlighted Cap's supporting cast and b) had it drawn by Mike Perkins. So, that's two ways. Somehow less informative on Cap's viewpoint than Civil War, New Avengers or even Thunderbolts, Ed Brubaker looks more and more like a one trick pony on Cap. When's Bucky coming back? 6 Grahams
